Your Kona adventure starts here with Kona’s premier Ocean Swimming School offers 60 minute private lessons on the beach right behind the King Kamehameha Hotel in the heart of Kailua-Kona Town on the Big Island of Hawai’i.
We invite kids of all ages to learn how to navigate the ocean with confidence, take off the floaties and build real water skills, and learn how to swim on vacation for memories that will last a lifetime.

Salty Yoga
(90 minutes)
With your feet in the sand and your body in the water, we start with gentle Hatha yoga in the Ocean. No mat needed. No board. A short open water swim or snorkel is included with your swim teacher and lifeguard team. Take this opportunity to improve your swimmers breath and increase your Ocean confidence. Practice turning your yoga into swim skills and connect in a small group. Bring your inner child. We have fun!
